It lasts less than two months until the summer holidays for Landarbaso and the choir works tirelessly prepearing the last performances.
Next Sunday at 20:30, Landarbaso will participate within the well known Aita Donostia Music Session of San Sebastian in the Capuchinos Church. The attendants of this concert will have the possibility to enjoy a completely new music repertory. Actually, most of the songs will be interpretated one month later in the 49th International Competition for Choirs of Spittal an der Drau (Austria), so it will be a really good chance to have fun with a high quality performance.
However, this is not the only Landarbaso´s challenge; on 3rd August Landarbarbaso will offer a new performance within”The Donostia-San Sebastián Musical Fortnight”. This musical season is the longest standing classical music festival in Spain and one of the most time-honoured one in Europe. Moreover, the performance will take place in a stunning place, the reopened San Telmo Museum. In this case the repertory will be completely different as the topic of the performance is around the French music of the early 20th century, performing several pieces of Duruflé and Fauré.
